BDCB has added Goldpecker Community/HF Markets/HFM to its Alert List. The public should avoid unlicensed entities and verify providers before investing.
Brunei Darussalam Central Bank has updated its Alert List to include Goldpecker Community/HF Markets/HFM in relation to investment activities.
The BDCB Alert List identifies companies and individuals that are not licensed, authorised or regulated by BDCB. It is issued to help members of the public exercise caution and avoid being misled into believing that listed entities are regulated by BDCB.
The public is reminded to deal only with financial institutions licensed by BDCB. Financial consumers who engage with unlicensed or unregulated entities will not be protected under BDCB’s regulatory framework.
Remain vigilant against persons or entities claiming to represent or be affiliated with BDCB, particularly where its name, logo or official identity is used to solicit funds or personal information.
