Yet with so much knowledge comes an endless stream of possibilities. His head is full of decisions waiting to happen, each held up by the thought: what if he gets it wrong?

His backpack goes everywhere with him, ready for another round of notes. He keeps at least 47 copies of the same spreadsheet and around 90 dashboards to help weigh up a purchase. Every receipt is neatly sorted, with a digital copy safely stored. For Pak Ismail, it is being prepared. For Bung, it is a reason to find somewhere quieter.
